Floor Leveling
Our floor leveling solutions are a perfect way to correct issues in unlevel flooring, bad finished concrete, uneven concrete and more. Our self levers can be used as underlayments to go under finished flooring or overlayments to be used as a finished floor with a nicer natural concrete finish.

Types of Floor Leveling Solutions:

High Spot Grinding
High spot grinding is needed when concrete slap movement causes joints or other areas to curl upwards and create unevenness on the floor. This can cause tripping hazards and make it difficult to install finish flooring. We remedy this by taking our heavy planetary grinders and using aggressive diamond tip tooling to grind the concrete high spots down. This process can take many passes depending on the height difference.

Self-Leveler Underlayment
When concrete is uneven or needs to be raised before finished flooring is installed we use a self leveling underlayment. Underlayments are modified cement that has a high flow characteristic that flow when poured to create a level finish. These systems are designed to go under finished flooring and have the ability to lift the floor 1/8" - 2"+ in a single pour. Underlayments create a durable and extremely flat flooring surface.

Self-Leveler Overlay
Just like underlayments, overlays are modified cement that has a high flow characteristic that flow when poured to create a level finish. Overlays are used when the concrete slap is either uneven, needs to be raised, or has an undesirable finish. Overlays are designed to be a finish floor and are manufactured with different finishes that range from normal concrete look to colored epoxy terrazzo like finishes. These systems have the ability to lift the floor 1/8" - 2"+ in a single pour. Overlays create a hard, durable and extremely flat flooring surface.
